highly literary, with occasional grammar slips
ah, the sweet smell of my loud (not) blog.
alright, i know it's been a long, long time. i have been busy (when am i not, really.)! but well, ain't gonna complain about my crazy schedule. i am kind of enjoying a little break as OVE, curL, tuitions, church commitments are put on a slight hiatus due to different reasons. so, i am practically free after school everyday. BUT, there are assignments due almost every day of my week. so i am just counting the little blessings in my wrecked uni life (which idiot told me uni was easy?!).

ernesto 'che' guevara, a highly controversial character, who was also the martyr of the cuban revolution has officially topped my 'secular heroes' chart. for those who were like me 6 days ago, the man who don tee shirts, cups, slippers (yes, people step on him) and other merchandises is che, a revolutionary who led a successful revolution against a regime's dictatoship. he was a freedom fighter for the oppressed, a man of dreams and vision. check him out on wiki, you will not be disappointed! (partly cos he's worth knowing, and he's quite good looking)
Ernesto 'Che' Guevara
(1928 - 1967)
today is che's 40th death anniversary (he was executed in bolivia on 9th oct 1967). let's commemorate this worthy hero who might not have changed YOUR life; but had done so for many in the lives of millions in cuba.
to the man who sacrificed for freedom
